Good Friday; classes on are;
5 15pm spin and 6 15 Pole only
Easter Sunday;
4 pm Pole only
Easter Monday;
6 15 spin only
All other days open as usual,

Thursday 9 15 am is an exciting new 1 hour 10 mins class starting after the Easter Holidays on Thurs 8th April.
The class is split into 2 halves, the first half hour will be aerobic toning using hoops, balls, bands and poles etc, the second half will be Indoor cycling for approx 30 minutes with an additional 10 mins to stretch out with.
You can come to just the toning or just the spin only if you wish.
The charge is the usual one pass all morning.

Sorry to say that Friday mornings 10am Spin will close due to Louise having family commitments, very sorry to see her go
Thursday 9 30 am spin class will open first thurs in April.

£30 monthly membership for all Pole classes or £6 50 per lesson,
