Welcome to the newest and latest Swinfit concept of Aerial Training. This method of training is designed in partnership with GymPole to enhance upper body strength, balance and core stability.

AirGym uses the body weight to provide a gym workout with an exciting twist.

Based on gymnastic and circus training, you will be suspended by rope or webbing whilst you attempt to raise, turnĀ and lower your body weight.

Trx is the basis of the suspension training, bars or hangs will be provided for a monkey bar swing system. Silks and trapeze will provide a dance based stretch and strength system. Balance will be practiced on boards, rollers and a circus ball.

You must have good level of fitness and strength to do this class. It is not suitable for anyone with a serious shoulder or elbow injury or if you suffer from high or low blood pressure as a lot of inversions may be involved.

This class will start by June 1st after testing has finished.

This class is by prior booking only.
