Indoor Cycling

Welcome to the world of Indoor Cycling.

One of the most popular forms of training for everybody. This is a dynamic and highly motivating class which can be made as hard or easy as you like by adjusting the resistance.

You will need water and a towel during your 45 minute lesson in which you will warm up, climb, sprint, run and jump according to your instructors lesson plan. You will sweat profusely so will need to drink constantly.

Your pace is set by you but you will find that the motivation of the class will make you work harder.

There different styles of lessons from each instructor and there are also different levels from beginners to advanced cyclist training. There are are also short 30 minute lessons to help you get started.

When you have gained fitness there are also cycle training programs for beginners on the road to full Velodrome track training for competition.
