Welcome to Boxercise, the perfect way to get rid of any tension and stress from your day.
Your Boxercise instructors have an excellent background in Martial Arts so you will experience some traditional training methods mixed with the new.
There is a small cardio warm up which leads straight into pads and gloves. Bigger strike pads are used for the more powerful techniques.
Combined with a good abs workout, you will leave the class enthused and with renewed vigour! You may feel a little fatigued, but in a good way!
Once again you can train at your own pace and fitness comes very quickly if you stick at it.
Bring a towel and some water and wear comfortable trainers and gym clothes.
