Physical Yoga

Welcome to Physical Yoga.

Based on the teachings of Iyengar Yoga, this class retains the elements of traditional Yoga but keeps the lesson in a fitness format. Most useful to help you stretch, relax and gain good posture. There is a lot to be gained from this class.

Wear comfortable gym clothing and bring water and a big towel or mat to sit on.

You will leave this mind-body class relaxed and ready to face the world with new vigour and vitality.
