New Thursday Morning class

Thursday 9 15 am is an exciting new 1 hour 10 mins class starting after the Easter Holidays on Thurs 8th April.
The class is split into 2 halves, the first half hour will be aerobic toning using hoops, balls, bands and poles etc, the second half will be Indoor cycling for approx 30 minutes with an additional 10 mins to stretch out with.
You can come to just the toning or just the spin only if you wish.
The charge is the usual one pass all morning.
